Have You Ever Wished There Were 6 of You? Same. Here’s What I Did About It.
Let me paint you a picture.
It’s 10:47 PM. The kids are finally asleep. You told yourself you were going to rest tonight. But instead, you’re at your laptop answering emails, scheduling content, trying to figure out why your landing page looks the way it does, and mentally drafting a response to a client while also remembering that your mom has a doctor’s appointment Thursday and you still haven’t texted your friend back from two weeks ago.
Sound familiar? Because that was me. And honestly, some version of that is still me on a Tuesday.
Here’s the thing nobody tells you when you sign up to be a business owner, a mom, a daughter to aging parents, a good friend, an active community member, and a whole human being: the math doesn’t add up. There are not enough hours. There is not enough of you to go around. And no amount of hustle culture motivation is going to fix a capacity problem.
What will? Systems. Specifically, AI-powered ones that work while you’re doing literally everything else.
According to McKinsey, people who use AI tools save an average of 1.75 hours per day. That’s nearly 9 hours a week. For a woman running a business solo or with a small team, that is not a stat. That is a second in command you didn’t have to hire.
I’m sharing the four tools doing the most work in my business right now. Not tools I bookmarked to try someday. Tools I use, teach inside the Bloom AI Lab, and am demoing live so you can see them in action before you ever have to figure them out alone.
Let’s get into it.
Tool #1: (Claude The Strategic Partner You’ve Been Wishing For)
Real talk: I was using AI wrong for a long time.
I was asking it to write captions and fix grammar. Useful, sure. But I was essentially hiring a Harvard MBA to proofread my sticky notes.
Claude is where I do my actual thinking now. Strategy. Offer development. Pricing decisions. SOP creation. Building coaching frameworks. Mapping client journeys. When I’m trying to work through a business problem at 11 PM and don’t have a mentor I can call, Claude is the room I think out loud in.
What makes it different is that it doesn’t just generate content. It reasons with you. Pushes back when something doesn’t add up. Asks clarifying questions. Remembers the full context of a long conversation so you’re building on ideas instead of starting over every single time.
I genuinely treat it like a team member. A very patient, always-available, never-on-vacation team member.
Best for: Business strategy, offer development, email sequences, SOPs, client frameworks, coaching curriculum Free plan: Yes Website:claude.ai
Pro tip: Give it context. Tell Claude your brand voice, your audience, what the content needs to do. The more you brief it like a real team member, the more it delivers like one.
Tool #2: Wispr Flow ( Because Nobody Has Time to Type All That)
Quick question: how much of your day are you spending just typing?
Emails. DMs. Client notes. Slack messages. Content drafts. Follow-ups you meant to send three days ago. Now add up the hours. I’ll wait.
Wispr Flow converts your voice into clean, formatted, punctuation-correct text across every app on your phone and computer. Gmail. Slack. Notion. Google Docs. Your CRM. Anywhere there’s a text field, you can just talk. And it doesn’t just transcribe what you said, including the “umms” and the “wait, no, actually.” It cleans it up in real time and formats based on context. Professional email? It sounds professional. Slack message? It sounds like Slack.
It is 4x faster than typing. One user dictated 70% of a major business document with it. I use it to draft content on my walk with Blue, respond to emails in the pickup line, and capture ideas before they evaporate. Because if you are anything like me, the ideas come fast and the time to sit down and type them does not.
For my ADHD girlies specifically: this one is a love language.
Best for: Email management, content drafting, client notes, social responses, capturing ideas on the go Pricing: Free up to 2,000 words/week | Pro: $15/month or $144/year Website:wisprflow.ai
Pro tip: Speak your raw ideas into Wispr Flow, then paste the cleaned-up text into Claude for full development. That combination will make you feel like you have an assistant. Because you basically do.
Tool #3: Pomelli (Google Just Handed Small Business Owners a Marketing Team (For Free)
I need you to stop what you’re doing and pay attention to this one.
Pomelli is a free AI experiment from Google Labs and Google DeepMind, and it does something that used to require a brand strategist, a graphic designer, and a marketing coordinator to pull off: it reads your website, builds a full “Business DNA” profile of your brand, and then generates on-brand social posts, Facebook ads, Instagram content, email banners, and YouTube thumbnails that actually look like you.
Your colors. Your fonts. Your tone. Pulled automatically from your URL. No manual setup. No template hunting. No explaining your brand aesthetic to a contractor for the fourth time and still getting something that looks nothing like you.
73% of small businesses struggle with consistent brand content across platforms. Pomelli is a direct answer to that. And as of right now, it is completely free in public beta.
It also recently added Pomelli Animate (turns your static content into short branded videos) and Pomelli Photoshoot (turns your product photos into professional studio shots). All of it. Free. From Google. I need you to get on this before they start charging.
Best for: Social media content, ad graphics, branded visuals, marketing campaigns without a design team Pricing: Free in beta Website: labs.google.com/pomelli
Available in: US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (English only for now)
Pro tip: Update your website before you plug in your URL. Pomelli learns from what it finds. If your site is outdated, your Business DNA will reflect that. Get your house in order first, then let it work.
Tool #4: Lovable — Your Landing Page Is Not Going to Build Itself (But This Will)
How many ideas have you had that never made it to market because you were waiting on a developer? Or because the quote came back and it was four figures you didn’t have? Or because you just didn’t know where to start?
That’s what Lovable fixes.
Lovable is a vibe coding platform, which is the very on-brand way of saying: you describe what you want in plain English, and it builds a real, functional, deployable web page. Not a template. A working lead capture page, product launch site, or application form, with forms, buttons, branding, and whatever else you describe.
My entire Just Bloom AI website was built in Lovable. So was my Reset & Rise application page. I’m not saying this as a disclaimer. I’m saying this so you know it is a real tool producing real results for a real business that you can look at right now.
If you have a new offer, a webinar to promote, or a product you want to test before you invest in a full build, Lovable lets you go from idea to live page in an afternoon. That bottleneck between your vision and the market? It’s gone.
Best for: Landing pages, lead capture, product launch sites, offer pages, application forms Pricing: Free plan available | Paid plans from $25/month Website: https://lovable.dev/
Pro tip: Write your full page copy in Claude first. Headlines, subheadings, CTAs, bullet points, all of it. Then bring it into Lovable ready to build. Claude writes it, Lovable builds it. That right there is a product team for one.
Here’s the Part I Really Need You to Hear
AI does not replace you.
It covers for the version of you that is already somewhere else being needed.
It handles the 11 PM email while you actually sleep. It generates your branded graphics while you’re at your daughter’s recital. It drafts your SOP while you’re on the phone with your mom. It builds your landing page while you’re living your life.
You are still the strategist. Still the visionary. Still the woman who built something real from purpose and kept showing up. These tools exist to amplify what you already know, not to think for you.
The difference between drowning in your business and scaling with peace is not talent. It is not capital. It is not more hours. It is systems. And right now, the most powerful systems available to you are AI-powered, accessible, and in many cases, free.
The window is open. You just have to walk through it.
Want to See All Four of These Live?
I’m demoing every single one of these tools in an upcoming live webinar, start to finish, so you can see exactly how they work inside a real business before you have to figure anything out on your own.
Come with your questions. Leave with a plan.
